"I have driven past this particular sign for two and a half years now. The first time I noticed it I was sure that this was some sort of prank. Yet as the weeks and months passed with no change I began to hope that maybe the owner was merely saying "I only work on cars that were made in Europe" or " British cars only, please". Unfortunately this thought was proven wrong by the cars on the lot. I came to the conclusion that the owner didn't discriminate on the car level. Of course my next thought was "Does he/she only work on white peoples cars?" or "Is the work only being performed by white people?". Either question gave me the same answer "This is wrong". The worst part of all is the fact that this establishment is always full of cars for repair. I could no longer hold my tongue and finally got the courage to ask the proprietor what his sign meant, and this was his response "Well the Anglo means white, and what magazine did you say you was from again?"
